The relative motion between the stator and rotor at high speed (up to 3000rpm) generates shear force, friction force, and high-frequency vibration, resulting in material refinement to 2-50 microns.
The third or fourth level precision grinding structure has adjustable clearance (0.1-5mm), suitable for different fineness requirements.
Thermal effect control
High speed operation may cause temperature rise, and it is necessary to cooperate with a cooling system (such as a water-cooled jacket) to prevent material deterioration.
2、 Working principle of organic silicon defoamer
Surface tension failure
Silicone oil component (surface tension 16-21MN/m) spreads rapidly on the surface of foam, replacing the original foam film structure, resulting in the rupture of foam.
Accelerated defoaming through Marangoni effect and gas diffusion.
chemical stability
Temperature resistance range 5 ℃~150 ℃, acid, alkali, salt, physiologically inert (can be used in food and medicine).
