Regarding the successful application of Haoxing's special PPS crushing machinery equipment JPW252AB series in the production line of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) for slag crushing and crushing, according to the company's technical leader, the company's technical team has made breakthrough progress in the "Annual Production 30000 Tons PPS Technical Renovation Project" by using JP-W252AB equipment. Based on the test data of the experimental samples, the equipment has successfully solved key technical bottlenecks such as fine crushing of 5-10cm large materials (≤ 3mm micron level) and flow matching. The project team has systematically overcome common challenges in PPS production through specialized design modifications and the establishment of a technical research team, significantly improving production efficiency.
