1、 Working principle
Mechanical cutting and grinding mechanism
The motor drives the rotating teeth to rotate relative to the fixed teeth at high speed, with a speed of several thousand revolutions per minute.
Strong shear force, high-frequency impact force, and eddy current are generated through adjustable grinding disc gaps (usually 2-50 μ m).
Apply multiple physical effects such as dispersion, mixing, crushing, and rolling to materials.

Suction stage: High viscosity lubricating grease enters the grinding chamber by pressure or gravity through a colloid pump (screw pump, cam rotor pump).
Grinding stage: The material undergoes multi-stage (usually 3-4 stages) shearing and grinding between the stator and rotor.
Discharge stage: The processed lubricating grease is discharged through the discharge port, with a fineness of up to 1-50 microns.
Power transmission system
The motor reduces the speed to the working range through a reduction device.
