The equipment mainly consists of motors, couplings, dynamic and static grinding discs, inlet and outlet flanges, and machine bases. With pipeline online high-speed multi-stage shearing as the core, combined with functions of dispersion, mixing, depolymerization, pulping, homogenization, grinding, and pump transportation.

Workflow

High speed cutting and grinding: The material is subjected to strong shear forces under high-speed rotation through a precise stator rotor structure (third or fourth stage staggered grinding rotor), achieving particle crushing, depolymerization, and ultrafine refinement.

Pumping function: It combines negative negative pressure suction and head discharge, achieving continuous operation of pipelines and supporting 24-hour uninterrupted operation.

Applicable materials: specially designed for fluid, colloid and semi paste containing particles (such as silicone grease and defoamer lotion), it can handle complex materials with viscosity of 100-300MPa · s and solid-liquid ratio of 1:1.
